Sometimes life can be pretty difficult. Therapy can be a really useful way of understanding what's happening and changing our lived experience.

I help clients explore, adapt, change, heal.

Working with mind, body, emotions and behaviour, I utilise evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness and parts work.

Working with Individuals and groups.
